How to prepare Broast
Rinse and clean the chicken with water containing 1 teaspoon of salt before coating them with Mattees 5 Star Special Broast Powder. Heat enough oil to deep fry the chicken pieces in a deep-bottomed vessel and stir now and then. Make sure to keep the heat constant throughout. In just 7 minutes, Mattees 5 Star broast will be ready. Serve and feel the taste rushing in your veins
How to prepare Al-Faham Masala
Clean and wash Whole Chicken. Cut it into pieces lengthwise. Using a fork or knife prick the chicken well so that the marination goes inside the chicken. Wash chicken in salt water. Marinate it with this paste using Mattees Al-faham masala and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours. It’s good if you can leave it overnight. Grill evenly on each side until meat is tender and done.
Suggestions: Serve hot Al-faham Chicken with fresh green salad, sliced onion, tomatoes and BBQ/ Green Chutney.
How to prepare Mandhi Masala
Rinse and drain Basmati rice until water runs clear and then set aside. Fry 200gms of finely sliced onion in oil/ghee in a pressure cooker or deep-bottomed pot until golden brown. Add 3 teaspoons of Mattees 5 Star Mandi Masala along with chicken/beef/mutton. Add in the rinsed rice and pour equivalent level of hot water and bring them to a simmer. Stir in salt, pepper and garlic cloves and place the lid for 3mins. Cook on low flame for 5 min and then switch it off. Garnish and serve after 45min
