Description
Wash Biriyani rice well after putting into water for some time. Cook some cashew nut, dry grape and onion by using sunflower oil and ghee until it changes into brownish color, then boil some carrot in water and put into separate vessel. Take some onions and cook it for some time. Then add garlic, ginger, tomato slice, 1 chillies into it, and pour some water (in the proportion of 1 1/2 cup of water. Add mattees five star special Biriyani Masala, mint, coriander leaf and meat into the vessel and boil it for some time. Then put the washed rice and boil it again. The close the vessel with air tight lid, with low flame. After 45 minutes open the lid and spread the cooked cashews, dry grapes onion and boiled carrots into this.
