Mix lemon juice, ginger paste, two tablespoon oil/butter, curd, salt and Mattees five star tandoori masala. Marinate cut chicken with above mixture. Pick all over the meat. Keep aside for the 30 minutes Apply strained yogurt and set aside for 3 hours Arrange the pieces in a tray or cooking grill. Burn the chicken until cooked. You can serve your thandoori with salad and lime pieces.
